3. Refunds for Tuition Fees

  • Withdrawal after two weeks of the academic year/term: No refund of tuition fees will be issued after the first two weeks of the academic session.

3.2 Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the student from attending the school (such as serious illness or relocation), the school may consider offering a refund or prorated fee adjustment at the school's discretion. A medical certificate or appropriate documentation may be required.

4. Refunds for Event and Program Fees

Fees paid for special programs, workshops, extracurricular activities, and events are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before the event: If a cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event, a full refund (excluding any non-refundable processing fees) will be issued.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the event: A 50%refund will be issued, and any administrative charges or costs already incurred by the school will be deducted.
  • No refund will be provided if the participant cancels on or after the event date, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the school.

5. Refunds for Donations
